What if I don’t have time?
I know that feeling! I signed up for a 3-day seminar to learn this model during a period of significant change and transition in my work. I didn’t have time or headspace but I made this a priority. And for the first-time ever, I was able to feel things shift. I felt calmer and more focused in a challenging work environment.
This course is app-based so that you can access it any time, anywhere. It is not designed to add more work but rather to simply pay attention to how you respond to things during your day and then follow a guided video to resolve the triggers. You can choose to use this everyday for 30 minutes for 6 weeks at the end of your day (similar to a guided meditation) or you may choose to complete several sessions at one time. This is about you and your lifestyle. You can choose how to work with it. I am here to guide you.
